Modijis budget betrayed small businesses: Rahul Gandhi

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, on Thursday, accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of taking sides with big corporates and said that the Union Budget 2021 betrayed the small businesses and entrepreneurs of India.
The Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presented Central government’s budget in Lok Sabha on February 1. She adopted the digital way and read the budget through a tablet instead of papers.
Gandhi had already said that it was a horrific budget was a ?let down like never before.
Calling out Centre on Union Budget 2021, he took to Twitter and wrote, Modijis crony centric budget means- struggling MSMEs (small businesses) given no low-interest loans, no GST relief. The former Congress Chief further wrote that the employees of India’s largest workforce were betrayed by the Union Budget.
Prior to this, in a video message, Gandhi said, There is no leadership in this country anymore. There is no strategy. The reality is not shown to people because media is controlled by the powerful people in the government.
However, BJP leader across the nation hailed the Union Budget and called it a budget of Aatmanirbhar Bharat? (self-reliant India). Today, while virtually speaking at an event in Uttar Pradesh, PM Modi said that the budget was a solution of India’s problems faced during COVID-19.

Since The Raaas enchanted and enthralled Nagpur with its quality garba in its first year in 2018, the demand for encore has been reverberating the city. To cater to the huge public demand, the organisers of the king of garbas have decided to continue The Raaas next year on. Like its first year, The Raaas Garba will be presented to Nagpur in association with Nation Next in 2023. Mahesh Kukreja, the key organiser said, “Because of some reasons, we, earlier, thought of giving the event a break.”

He added, “Then COVID-19 struck the world. Now we plan to continue it from next year onwards. While I express my gratitude to Nagpurians to make the event a huge hit, I request the city’s garba revellers to not get fooled as a few garbas are falsely claiming to be The Raaas. We’ll be back next year for sure!”
