VIDEO: Traffic siren blows at Nagpur’s Law College Square after motorists cross stop line during red signal

Conceptualised by Nagpur DCP (Detection) Gajanan Rajmane and designed by two engineering students ? Nahush Kulkarni and Kaustubh Kulkarni ? the city has come up with a new way to curb traffic chaos and frequent accidents.
As seen in the video, if any motorist or car driver crosses the white line before zebra crossing while the signal is red, the loud siren will blow. This will compel the driver or the rider to go back to the right place. Furthermore, the violators would also be sent a challan for the same. Check the video taken at Law College Square in Nagpur.

Poonam Towers aka Bata building
Civic authorities covered the incomplete under construction work of Poonam Towers, situated bang opposite Vidhan Bhavan at RBI Square, on Friday ahead of the C20 meet in Nagpur scheduled on March 20 and 21.
The building owned by renowned builder N Kumar, whose construction has remained incomplete over two decades, it popularly known as ‘Bata building’ in the city.

49-yr-old man dies while playing badminton in Nagpur

A 49-year-old man in Nagpur died while playing badminton in Pachpaoli area on Monday morning at around 6:45 am. The deceased, identified as Gunnu Dharma Lohara, was a resident of Yadav Nagar who was playing badminton with his friend.
He was rushed to Central Railway Hospital in an unconscious state and was declared dead by the doctors there.
