Speaking to Nation Next, DCP Matani said, “On new year’s eve, I and my team were on the road making sure that no crime takes place and people follow COVID protocols. Since there’s a sudden drop in temperature in the city, on January 1, I thought of meeting these people who are sleeping without blankets on roads in such cold.”
