Nagpur COVID-19 tally rises to 161
After two females from Mominpura tested positive for COVID-19, a 45-year-old woman from Satranjipura tested positive for the virus taking Nagpur COVID-19 tally to 161 on Tuesday.
District Information Officer Anil Gadekar told Nation Next, “All the infected patients are from the quarantined lot from Satranjipura and Mominpura. Currently, around 80 patients are being treated for the same.”

A 49-year-old man in Nagpur died while playing badminton in Pachpaoli area on Monday morning at around 6:45 am. The deceased, identified as Gunnu Dharma Lohara, was a resident of Yadav Nagar who was playing badminton with his friend.
He was rushed to Central Railway Hospital in an unconscious state and was declared dead by the doctors there.

Ahead of G20 meet in Nagpur, Assistant Commissioner of Police Ashwati Dorje, on Wednesday, said the city has been declared ‘No Drone Zone’ on March 20, 21. The development came in as a security measure for the large number of foreign delegates that will be in the city for the summit.
Any aerial objects including use of parachutes have also been banned.
