Maoists attack BJP convoy in Chattisgarhs Dantewada; 6 including MLA Bhima Mandavi killed

In a shocking incident, BJP MLA Bhima Mandavi (35) and five of his security personnel were killed today evening after Maoists in Dantewada at Chattisgarh attacked their convoy.


As per reports, the Maoists attacked the convoy at Nakulnar by triggering an improvised explosive device (IED), which was followed by firing.
Bhima Mandavi had openly voiced his opinion against Naxals after the Maoists recently attacked a Doordarshan crewmember.

Civic authorities covered the incomplete under construction work of Poonam Towers, situated bang opposite Vidhan Bhavan at RBI Square, on Friday ahead of the C20 meet in Nagpur scheduled on March 20 and 21.
The building owned by renowned builder N Kumar, whose construction has remained incomplete over two decades, it popularly known as ‘Bata building’ in the city.

49-yr-old man dies while playing badminton in Nagpur

A 49-year-old man in Nagpur died while playing badminton in Pachpaoli area on Monday morning at around 6:45 am. The deceased, identified as Gunnu Dharma Lohara, was a resident of Yadav Nagar who was playing badminton with his friend.
He was rushed to Central Railway Hospital in an unconscious state and was declared dead by the doctors there.
