Properly removing makeup is as important as wearing makeup. If it’s not removed thoroughly, it can cause pimples and acne. Makeup blocks the skin pores, due to which the skin cannot breathe easily. These blocked pores cause infections, pimples, blackheads etc. Wrinkles can easily attack your skin if you don’t remove makeup properly. Eye makeup, if not removed can cause eye infections like pink eye, irritation, improper vision, etc. Eye makeup removal is also essential to maintain healthy eyes. Nation Next  brings to you these effective make-up removal tips, through which you can keep your skin healthy and can enjoy wearing make-up without facing any skin problems.

Point 1: Start the cleansing by gradually removing your eye make-up. Select a cleanser, which is suitable for your skin type. Place the cleanser on a cotton ball. Remove your eye shadow with that cotton ball. I recommend using eye makeup removers as they are readily available in the stores. Lancome and Neutrogena make for great eye makeup removers. Olive oil is also one of the best techniques to remove eye makeup especially mascara. Dab some olive oil on a cotton ball and gently wipe your lashes. Olive oil not only helps you to remove mascara but also to nourish your eyelashes.

Point 2: To remove lipstick, petroleum jelly is the best product. Apply it on your lips and blot it.

Point 3: Now, apply a good cleanser to your face and gently massage it for 10 to 15 seconds. Take some cotton balls and wipe your face gently. MACs cleanse off oil is my favourite. Disposable, pre-moistened makeup remover tissues that are available in market can also be used to remove makeup.

Point 4: Use a mild face wash and rinse your face with luke warm water.

Point 5: Apply a toner with a cotton ball and then apply a moisturiser or a night cream to your face.

A car, which can transform into an aircraft in two minutes and 15 seconds, has been issued with a certificate of airworthiness by the Slovak Transport Authority. The hybrid car-aircraft, which is capable of hitting speeds over 100mph (160kmh) and altitudes above 8,000ft (2,500m), is equipped with a BMW engine and runs on regular petrol-pump fuel.

The ‘Aircar’ has been manufactured by Klein Vision, which said that the certification followed 70 hours of flight testing and more than 200 take-offs and landings. Professor Stefan Klein, Founder of Klein Vision, said: “AirCar certification opens the door for mass production of very efficient flying cars.” He added: “It is official and the final confirmation of our ability to change mid-distance travel forever.”

In June 2021, the flying car completed a 35-minute flight between international airports in Nitra and Bratislava, Slovakia. Klein Vision told BBC News that it plans to fly to London from Paris in near future.

Rene Molnar, director, Civil Aviation, Transport Authority of Slovakia, said: Transportation Authority carefully monitored all stages of unique AirCar development from its start in 2017. Transportation safety is our highest priority. AirCar combines top innovations with safety measures in line with EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency) standards. It defines a new category of a sports car and a reliable aircraft.
