Students call RTMNU Pariksha ‘worst app ever’ after facing difficulties during exams

Many Nagpur students have rated RTMNU Pariksha? app, which is being used to conduct online exams by the university, as the ?worst app ever? on the play store. The reactions by students come after many students faced difficulties or could not appear for the exam due to the glitch in the app. As per a report in TOI, 316 out of 1,584 final year students could not appear online due to OTP-related issues. 

A youngster named Rohit Namdeo reviewed the app on play store as he wrote: ?Worst app ever! First there’s an error while downloading, no option of mock test, that help option is just for showcase it helps us with nothing! There are a lot of bugs! Seems like RTMNU just borrowed a fossil and painted it with rust! There is no guarantee whether this app will work properly during exams, because it is already not working properly. Worse app ever. Even worse than RTMNU. 

Another student Komal Jadhao wrote: ?Worst app ever! I am really frustrated by this. There is no use of mock test, which is given in this app. Exam dates are near and still they don’t have any solution for this. Many students are facing problems as their exams start today. The exam time has ended (on the app) and exam has not started yet. 

 

The app, which has got near 1,500 reviews till now, has been developed by Promarc Software Private Limited.

Lucknow-bound IndiGo flight with 54 passengers on board makes emergency landing at Nagpur airport

An IndiGo flight 6E 7074 from Ahmedabad to Lucknow via Nagpur, with 54 passengers on board, made an emergency landing at Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport in Nagpur on Monday morning at around 8:30 am today. 

The emergency landing was done after one of the passengers on the flight noticed smoke emitting from the aircraft. However, all the passengers were evacuated safely and upon inspection of the aircraft, everything was found to be normal. 

Immediately, three fire tenders from the airport, two fire ambulances, one Kingsway Hospital Ambulance and a room duty doctor rushed to the spot.

Popular chaiwala Dolly at his tapri at VCA in Nagpur

Several photos of Nagpur chaiwala selling tea at famous stall Dolly ki tapri near VCA, Civil Lines has been getting viral. The images show the chaiwala, popularly addressed as Dolly, pouring milk from a packet and licking it before preparing tea for his customers.

Himanshu Demble, a 33-year-old businessman, feels, Trying to be stylish and cool is one thing and being unhygienic is another. One cannot compromise on the hygiene level and take his customers for granted.

Thirteen-year-old student Anandita Patil says, How can anyone even do this People should take an action against him. This is highly unacceptable at so many levels!
 
Kaustubh Gupta, 28-year-old businessman, opines, His tea stall should be shut immediately. We are the ones who promote him and make him popular for all wrong reasons. We must realise this.

Dr Sameer Gade, 33-year-old ophthalmologist says, This isn’t even debatable! He shoudnt be doing something like this. I wasn’t aware of such a thing; it’s unacceptable.
 

 

Swapnil Pande, 37-year-old entrepreneur, is of the opinion that Dolly is a super-spreader during COVID pandemic to say the least. Apart from this, he said, By doing something so gross, hes definitely getting viral but his popularity is taking a major beating, thankfully. Hes done something similar to what Javed Habib had done; what does Dolly want to prove?
 

 

Ankita Chhabrani, a 26-year-old professional, feels, It’s not funny at all. It’s plain disgusting. Due to COVID and hygiene reasons, his act is unbelievable.”

 

Dr Sudhir Bhave, renowned psychiatrist, says, There are two kinds of customers; one who are careful and conscious and the other who find him cool, unique and talented. Dolly probably feels hes attractive, cool and popular so he can get away with anything. We usually come to a conclusion that such people have a narcissist streak in them. In this case, it seems so but again, without interacting it’s difficult to label him one.

GO FIRST flight makes emergency landing at Nagpur airport after engine glitch

A Patna-bound Go First flight from Bengaluru with 139 passengers on board, on Saturday morning, made an emergency landing at Nagpur airport Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport due to a glitch in one of the engines of the aircraft. However, the flight landed safely at the airport at 11.15 am, the official said.
A GO FIRST spokesperson said, GO FIRST flight G8 873 from Bengaluru to Patna was diverted to Nagpur due to a faulty engine warning in the cockpit, which necessitated the captain to shut down the engine as a precautionary measure. Thereafter the captain followed the standard operating procedures and landed safely at Nagpur airport.
All passengers have been deplaned and served refreshments. GO FIRST has taken outmost care and rendered all the requisite assistance to the passengers. 
Alternate aircraft has been arranged to accommodate the passengers which will depart for Patna at 1645 hrs.
The aircraft is being inspected by the engineering team.
At GO FIRST, safety of its passengers and crew is of paramount importance and the airline sincerely regrets any inconvenience caused to the passengers.
