A mild earthquake of magnitude 4.7 occurred early morning on Sunday 22 November 2020 at 1.45 am at Seoni in Madhya Pradesh - around 100 kms from Nagpur. National Centre of Seismology reported, “Earthquake of Magnitude:4.7, Occurred on 22-11-2020, 01:45:02 IST, Lat: 22.10 & Long: 79.55, Depth: 10 Km ,Location: Seoni, Madhya Pradesh.”
However, as per the website of National Centre of Seismology, the earthquake that occurred 116 kms NNE of Nagpur, measured 4.3 on the Richter Scale.

According to preliminary data, the earthquake was located at a shallow depth of 10 km. Reportedly, shallow earthquakes are felt more strongly than deeper ones as they are closer to the surface.
