Sairat filmmaker Nagraj Manjule speaks about ‘Naal’ and working with Amitabh Bachchan in ‘Jhund’
Nagraj Manjule tasted success in his first filmmaking endeavour only, when his short film – Pistulya – won the National Film Award for Best First Non-Feature Film of a Director in 2010. Then after making another successful film Fandry, Manjule became an internationally acclaimed filmmaker and also a household name in Maharashtra after giving Marathi Cinema its biggest ever blockbuster Sairat.
Actor-writer-director Nagraj Manjule, who has also turned producer now with his Marathi film ‘Naal,’ which releases on November 16, has been in the news for his laters directorial venture ‘Jhund,’ for which he’s about to start shooting with Amitabh Bachchan in Nagpur.
