Nagpur Tigers Round Table 299 gets a new team for the year 2018-19

The new team of Nagpur Tigers Round Table 299 (NTRT 299) for the year 2018-19 took charge at the 2nd annual general meeting cum get together of the organisation held at Hotel Centre Point on August 1.

At the AGM, Nishant Yaduka, the chairman for the year 2017-18, took charge of NTRT 299 for the year 2018-19 as well. Other members who joined Yaduka in his team for 2018-19 included: Rohit Lakhotiya (Vice Chairman), Vedant Agrawal (Secretary) and Ankit Agrawal (Treasurer). During the AGM, while Vedant presented a report on various activities carried out by NTRT 299 in 2017-18, Neeraj Khemka presented the audited accounts.

Some of the members of NTRT 299 were also felicitated during the AGM. These members included: Amit Poddar and Rohit Lakhotiya for 100% attendance, Vedant Agrawal for his Go Green? initiative and Shubham Maheshwari for his hard work towards publicity. A special award – The Iron Lady Award – was given to Nidhi Poddar for her constant help during the RTI week and for her overall contribution for the activities of the organisation. Kishor Murarka, a new member, was also inducted during the AGM.

The formal affairs were followed by a musical evening wherein members of NTRT 299 bonded over conversations and music.

Nagpur Tigers Round Table 299 is a non-profit organization, which is a part of Round Table International ? a charitable and social service organisation. Round Table has its presence in over 67 countries and has more than 320 tables in 95 plus towns and cities in India.

Perficient family celebrates together at companys annual bash in Nagpur

Professionals working with Perficient India Private Limited had a gala time as they gathered together for the annual party of the company held at The Empress Palace in Nagpur. They were also celebrating the inauguration of the new office premises at IT Park in the city.

During the inauguration in the morning, chief guests Tom Hogan (COO), Kevin Sheen (Vice President) and other guests were welcomed in an Indian traditional manner. Later, employees donning red phetas and dressed in traditional attires thoroughly enjoyed dancing on the beats of dhol in sync with the tasha.

After the cake-cutting, the ribbon cutting ceremony took place following which, Anurag Shivhare, GM, Perficient GDC Nagpur, felicitated guests with shawls and thanked people for their hard work and efforts for the company.

The annual party in the evening started with Ganesh Vandana and then Shweta Rawlani, HCM Generalist, welcomed the audience, which included the companys employees along with their family members.

The entertaining evening had some wonderful song performances, which left the audience mesmerized. The dance performances by ladies kept the audience fully engaged courtesy various dance forms and stellar choreography.

The major highlight of the show was the fashion show – Indica of Synthesis. It was contemporary but essentially traditional in character and exuded an extravagant aura with splashing colors.

There was a distinctive Mute Dance act inspired by Mime artists. During this act, performers hilariously performed on some 90s songs. There was also an electrifying performance from the boys group. The boys danced their heart out with great enthusiasm making the performance memorable.

The Star Awards and Thank You Awards were presented by Tom Hogan and Kevin Sheen along with Anurag Shivhare to recognize the achievers for their unwavering commitment to outstanding performance for the year 2019.
