I won’t play in IPL even if I’m invited: Shahid Afridi

Pakistani cricketer Shahid Afridi, who’s facing a lot of criticism from Indian cricketers for his tweet on Kashmir, has claimed that he won’t play in the Indian Premier League (IPL) even if hes invited to play. Afridi also claimed that the Pakistan Super League (PSL) will very soon get bigger than IPL. Afridis statements were tweeted by Saj Sadiq, the editor of pakistanpassion.net on Thursday night.
?Even if they call me, I won’t go to the IPL. My PSL is the biggest and there will be a time that it leaves the IPL behind. I am enjoying the PSL, I don’t have any need for the IPL. I’m not interested in it and never was, Afridi was quoted as saying by Sadiq. The journalist also tweeted Afridis statement saying, I am a soldier of my country. My country is my honour and Pakistan is everything for me. Afridi also said that if he had not been a cricketer we would joined the Pakistan Army.

Shahid Afridi, who recently made comments on Kashmir, was slammed by many Indian cricketers like Virat Kohli, Suresh Raina, Shikhar Dhawan, Gautam Gambhir and former cricketer Kapil dev for the comments.
Appalling and worrisome situation ongoing in the Indian Occupied Kashmir.Innocents being shot down by oppressive regime to clamp voice of self determination & independence. Wonder where is the @UN & other int bodies & why aren’t they making efforts to stop this bloodshed
