Nagpur clubs gear up to prevent rains, thunderstorm from spoiling New Year party

Nagpur as per India Meteorological Department (IMD) might receive light rains accompanied by thunderstorms on New Year’s Eve on December 31st this year.

Despite the likely rains, prominent clubs in Nagpur have geared themselves to combat rains so that showers don’t dampen the spirit of party revelers in the city.

When we spoke to Saket Daga, President at Gondwana Club, he said, Even if it rains, we’re prepared for the New Year’s Eve as we’ve made indoor arrangements for our guests. We?ll ensure all the indoor spaces are kept ready for our guests if it rains.

Naresh Jaisinghani, Secretary at CP Club, told Nation Next, Yes, we’ve made certain arrangements. Though we have outdoor arrangements, we’ve also made indoor arrangements for our guests in case it rains. Rains can’t spoil the New Year plans!
