Lok Janshakti Party leader Chirag Paswan on Friday said, “I don’t need Modiji’s photos; he is in my heart.” The 37-year-old recently had used Modi's image in his campaign and had described himself as ‘Hanuman’ to PM Modi. Paswan said, "Modiji lives in my heart, I am his Hanuman. If needed, I'll tear open my chest and show it."
Claiming to be a blind follower of Modi, Paswan accused Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar of creating pressure on BJP leaders including PM Modi, to speak against LJP. Paswan said he would remain loyal to PM Modi, no matter what.
The LJP leader, who’s facing an open backlash from BJP ally Janta Dal, said he was hurt by comments made by BJP leaders but said his goal was to establish a government with the BJP in Bihar.
