Serving an array of lip-smacking dishes, Kareems qualifies to be the ultimate destination for all you Mughalai food maniacs, including me! As the name pronounces, it’s a Mughalai cuisine, a catering venture by Aman Group in Nagpur.
It was my second trip to Kareems. During my first trip, I had a taste of my all time favourite Tandoori chicken, which was sans any food colour, succulent and marinated in cream. So, this time I called for a new starter. I opted to taste chicken malai tikka, which turned out to be juicy, packed with the right flavour, tender to the point that you don’t need to exert pressure to cut the pieces with your fork, eventually melting in your mouth.

The main course included garlic naan, tandoori roti, dal fry (made on challah), teleporting you into a picturesque state of eating food from where they belong. And, mutton rogan josh? yeah, you read that right! The gravy was so soul satisfying that I didn’t want it to finish. I desired an infinite replenishment of the gravy. The ghee, in which the rogan dish was cooked, made me an instant devotee.

The delicate pieces in chicken dum biryani with long grained rice, felt like clouds in my mouth. The meal was so up to the mark, that there was no point in picking up anything negative out of it. Indians do have a space left for sweet, post their meals. So, we wanted it to end with a bang, and so did it. Last time we had a taste of Shahi Tukda, so this time it was Malai Phirnis turn. And, there it was, white and pristine to cleanse the palate, adorned with finely chopped almonds. One bite and it made me realise that Kareems ?Phirni, (have researched through a demographic of discrete number), was not too sweet. It was fit for people with diabetes to quench their itch for deserts.
Accolades to Kareems – You can’t afford to miss this place, which is reasonable and delectable that makes customers feel contented to the core as they paying their hard- earned money for a worthy meal.
Must try: Tandoori chicken, mutton rogan josh, garlic naan, chicken dum biryani, shahi tukda, malai phirni, chicken malai tikka.

Car, that can transform into aircraft in 135 seconds, gets airworthiness certification in Slovakia

‘AirCar’ manufactured by Klein Vision
A car, which can transform into an aircraft in two minutes and 15 seconds, has been issued with a certificate of airworthiness by the Slovak Transport Authority. The hybrid car-aircraft, which is capable of hitting speeds over 100mph (160kmh) and altitudes above 8,000ft (2,500m), is equipped with a BMW engine and runs on regular petrol-pump fuel.
The ‘Aircar’ has been manufactured by Klein Vision, which said that the certification followed 70 hours of flight testing and more than 200 take-offs and landings. Professor Stefan Klein, Founder of Klein Vision, said: “AirCar certification opens the door for mass production of very efficient flying cars.” He added: “It is official and the final confirmation of our ability to change mid-distance travel forever.”
In June 2021, the flying car completed a 35-minute flight between international airports in Nitra and Bratislava, Slovakia. Klein Vision told BBC News that it plans to fly to London from Paris in near future.
Rene Molnar, director, Civil Aviation, Transport Authority of Slovakia, said: Transportation Authority carefully monitored all stages of unique AirCar development from its start in 2017. Transportation safety is our highest priority. AirCar combines top innovations with safety measures in line with EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency) standards. It defines a new category of a sports car and a reliable aircraft.
