Science and Humanities department of Tulsiramji Gaikwad-Patil College of Engineering and Technology (NAAC Accredited with A+ grade) successfully organised Teacher’s Day celebration program on September 5, 2022.
Deepti Chaudhary, Sahaj Yoga Practitioner was the Chief guest of the function, who enlightened the faculty members and students with her knowledge about meditation. She taught a unique method of meditation, which is rooted in ancient spiritual knowledge and helps to rejuvenate the mind and soul, thereby encouraging a healthy lifestyle.
Dr Anil Kale, Principal, TGPCET gave the introductory remarks on the occasion. The faculty members were felicitated based on their academic performance.
Welcome session was also organised for Deepanti Pal, Director GPGI for re-joining the Gaikwad Patil Group. She gave the concluding remarks on the program.

Tulsiramji Gaikwad-Patil College celebrates Engineer’s Day in Nagpur
Civil Engineering Department celebrated Engineer’s Day 2022, followed by Guest Lecture under ARTEX Forum in association with Institution of Engineers (India) Students’ Chapter on September 17.
Civil Engineering Department of Tulsiramji Gaikwad–Patil College of Engineering and Technology, (an autonomous Institute) Nagpur, celebrated Engineer’s Day 2022 followed by Guest Lecture by the invited Chief Guest for the event Dr Srikant Annavarapu, Director, Master Geotech Services Pvt. Ltd, Nagpur. The expert has highlighted the role of engineers in nation building, infrastructure development and taking the leadership towards achieving sustainable development goals.
He also motivated the students to take final year project as a challenge to solve real life practical problems. The targeted objectives of the project should be to provide efficient solutions to the problems of society with locally available resources.
Dr. Mohan Gaikwad-Patil, Chairman GPG, Prof. Sandeep Gaikwad, Treasurer, GPGI, Dr A V Kale, Principal, Prof. Pragati Patil, Vice-Principal, appreciated the faculty members for their inspirational work done and congratulated the students for active participation in the Guest Lecture as well as for the successful completion of the program. Efforts taken by Prof. Aasif Baig, Head of Civil Engineering Department, Prof. Panna Lal Kurmi, Program Coordinator, Prof. Divyani Harpal, Prof. Sanjay Bhadke, Prof. Amey Khedikar, Prof. Mohitsingh Katoch, Prof. Priyanka Petkar; proved instrumental in conducting the program successfully. Prof. Divyani Harpal did anchoring for the program successfully. All faculty members and students of TGPCET attended Guest Lecture prominently.

Students floor audience with their performances at Gaikwad Patil College’s ‘Flashmob 2K22’
Students of Nagpur’s Tulsiramji Gaikwad Patil College of Engineering and Technology impressed the audience present with their performances at ‘Flashmob 2K22’ organised by the training and placement department of the college recently.
The event kick started after remarks from Director Dr Prashant Kadu. RJ Nisha from Big FM 92.7 was also present during the event, which also consisted of installation of the Mavericks Students forum. Apart from enabling the students to have some fun, the event also aimed at instilling interpersonal skills, confidence and critical thinking for solving real world problems.
Waseem Qureshi, Shweta Bhoyar, Chetan Jambhulkar, Abhay Rewatkar, Sandeep Thakre, Pravin Petkar, Rohit Deshmukh, Akansha Bhondade, Kavish Gaurkhede and all Mavericks Students forum members worked tirelessly to make the event a grand success.
