Gautam Adani’s son Jeet with his fiancé Diva

Billionaire industrialist Gautam Adani’s son Jeet Adani got engaged to Diva Jaimin Shah on Sunday. The low-key engagement, which was held in Ahmedabad, was attended by close friends and family members. Diva is the daughter of diamond trader Jaimin Shah of C.Dinesh & Co. Pvt. Ltd.

Jeet Adani pursued his education from the University of Pennsylvania School of Engineering and Applied Sciences and joined the Adani Group in 2019. At present, he’s the Vice President, Group Finance.

As mentioned on the website of Adani Group, Jeet began his career in the Group CFO’s office by looking into Strategic Finance, Capital Markets and Risk & Governance Policy.

The website states that Jeet is also ‘spearheading the Adani Airports business as well as the Adani Digital Labs – which is all set to build a super app to cater to all the consumers of Adani Group businesses.’

Adani’s elder son Karan is married to Paridhi Shroff, who’s the daughter of Cyril Shroff who is the managing partner of law firm – Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. Karan is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Adani Ports & SEZ Limited and the director of Adani Airport Holdings Limited.

Jeet’s engagement comes at a time when the Adani Group is battling the massive fallout from US short seller Hindenburg Research’s report against Adani Group. Hindenburg alleged Adani of stock manipulation and improper use of tax havens and  even flagged concerns over debt levels. However, Adani has rejected the concerns and denied any wrongdoing.

Famous industrialist Ratan Tata was born on 28 December 1937. He is celebrating his 85th birthday this year. His love for dogs is legendary; he has a special kennel built for stray dogs at Tata Sons’ headquarters in Mumbai.

WhatsApp का Invention Jan Koum और Brain Acton ने 2009 में अमेरिका के California में किया था. ये दोनों दोस्त इससे पहले लगभग 20 साल तक yahoo में employee थे. नॉकरी छोड़ने के बाद दोनों 2007 में साउथ अमेरिका गए, वहां कुछ समय बाद job के लिए Facebook में apply किया, लेकिन Facebook ने दोनों को reject कर दिया. फिर दोनों ने खुद का काम स्टार्ट करने के लिए सोचा ,और Yahoo में नोकरी के दौरान इन्होने $400000 रुपए saving किए. जिसके बाद इन्होंने एक iPhone app बनाने की सोची, और एक iPhone खरीदा, जिसके बाद app इंड्रस्ट्री के Potential को समझने में app store पर फोकस करने लगे. जल्द ही इनके मन मे नए तरह के messaging app का idea आया. जिसको बनाने के लिए iPhone developer की जरूत थी. इसके लिए Jan Koum के एक और दोस्त Alex Fishman ने rentacoder.com में visit करके Russian app developer Igor Solomennikov की मदद से WhatsApp को बनाया.

क्या आप जानते है कि WhatsApp की एक साल की income NASA के बजट से भी ज्यादा है. Facebook ने WhatsApp को 1182 अरब रूपये में ख़रीदा था. History देखे तो WhatsApp ने जितनी तेजी से growth की है, उतनी किसी कंपनी ने ग्रोथ नहीं की है. WhatsApp पर हर रोज़ 25 करोड़ फोटो शेयर किये जाते है. दुनिया भर में सबसे ज्यादा 340 मिलियन यूजर सिर्फ India मे है. इसके बाद 99 मिलियन के साथ दूसरे नंबर पर ब्राजील है.

आप WhatsApp का इस्तेमाल 53 languages में कर सकते है. WhatsApp कंपनी में total 55 इंजीनियर है, 1 इंजीनियर 18 मिलियन users को हैंडल करता है. क्या आप यह जानते है कि WhatsApp नाम इसलिए choose किया गया, क्योकिं इसका साउंड “What’s up” जैसा हैं.

WhatsApp की services की वज़ह से दुनियाभ़र की telecom companies को $386 बिलियन का नुकसान उठाना पड़ा हैं . WhatsApp कंपनी ने आज तक advertise में एक भी पैसा खर्च नहीं किया है. WhatsApp पर 100 करोड़ से भी ज्यादा ग्रुप बने हुए हैं. आपको यह जानकर शॉक लगेगा कि WhatsApp बनाने वाले Jan Koum एक दुकान में सफाई और पोछा लगाने का काम करते थे, लेकिन आज देखा जाए तो ये अरबपति हैं.
